Eheheheh... Did you actually join up as a 3PD? I mean, a 3PD can't just join up as a free member, can they?

You know, if you are a member, you're now liable for a $500 fine if you say anything against them.

Ahhh, the whole thing is so far fetched I can't help laughing at this new Foundation ;)

Have they released the minutes of their first meeting to members yet? hah!

No, I did the bargain basement active membership. 10USD is a drop in the bucket..  ::)

Thanks for reminding me about the minutes. As a paid member, it is within my rights under FOI to see Robert's resignation letter. 8)

While youre at it, get a copy of the member register and find out who has how many voting points.

Which reminds me. There is a mandatory one month waiting period for resignations. Dismissals require approval at a board meeting and a mandatory 14 day cooling off period. There are not enough board members for a quorum. So technically Robert and Andrew are still members of the board?

Email sent. Now let's see the secretary (Jim Begley) do his job for the Mambo Foundation.

More news at 11 tomorrow  8)
