Dati, I use fil.ph kaya lang wala na sila ngayon.... sayang

I also try orgfree.net, kaya lng minsan ayaw mag-install ng module/component. minsan ayaw yung send mail.

My problem localhost any component installation its good but I'm direct server component installation its ok but simply modify php files any component and up server but problem critical error upload form server what problem.

I've had friends that have used http://earnfreehosting.com , they basically give away paid hosting accounts (no ads, no cost, no BS..)

They seem to have no problems so I guess I could recommend them.

I can tell you from personal experience that godaddy free web hosting does now work with joomla... after 30 minutes on the phone with tech support (I happened to come across one who also uses joomla) that godaddy uses flash pop up banners on the free hosting account that you get when you purchase a domain name.

Joomla does NOT like flash at all!!!!! This is the first thing that I was told about joomla.... it just does not get along with flash.. and if you are going to use free hosting... then you have to make sure that they do NOT use flash.

Free hosting is not a good option, You can use http://www.bluehost.com/ or http://www.hostnine.com/ within your affordable budget.
I prefer blue host. It is very popular among Joomla host.

I just applied for an account with 365Hosting http://365-hosting.net. Looks very promsing for Joomla. There are limits on bandwidth and disc space, but you would expect that.
