someone using mosets hotproperty component?

i dont really think this is some problem with my hotproperty component? ganito po ang naging problema ko.

i installed the hack for agent registration.. ayos naman ang installation..it works.

pagdating sa user end. hind nila masave ang property. i found some forum sabi gawin ko daw nowysiwyg un editor ko.. i did it.. nakapagsave na ng content ang mga users pero may isa pang problema..

nowysiwyg editor is accepting entries in html format. so kapag nag entry ng description un mga user sa property nila, nakajam ang mga texts entries nila.. hindi nakaformat ng maayos un content.

pano ko po mareresolve ang ganitong issue? salamat sa tulong

actually mosets is commercial extension. If you purchase the source you can get support from mosets and to their forum.

yes i already did. so far mosets is one of the worst support i have encountered. ang dami nilang reklamo. hotproperty component is really amazing but they are not very helpful with clients like me.
