Google Analytic tracking different URL

Hi,

I am having the website and also inside the website directory I have created another directory for Career page(new joomla pack directory).

For example:

Main URL : www.mysite.com
Career URL: www.mysite.com/career/

Now, In Google Analytic its tracking different URL like
career/www.mysite.com but it should be www.mysite.com/career/

Could you please advice me to fix this issues.
