How to join Translations Team and Translations Workgrup?

Good day.
How can I join the two groups mentioned in the topic here on the forum?
Since yesterday, I have successfully joined the documentation translation team.
I would like to join these two groups as soon as possible.

Also, I would like to inquire if there are any plans to add the Hungarian language to the forum?
