New Spanish-Mexico language pack

Hello,

Using the "localise" extension, i have created an Spanish (Mexico) languaje pack full, based in Spanish (Spain) and in Spanish (Colombia).

I would like to share it and see it available for "content language" for installation, with it is own flag.

But I dont know witch should be the next step.

Good to know that you have created the Spanish-MEXICO (es-MX) language pack for Joomla!

(a) Could you please let us know for what version Joomla! the es-MX language pack has been created? Be known that the current version of Joomla! is 3.8.5.

(b) Please let us know whether you have translated the installation ini file as well. If not, it has to be translated as well.

(c) Whether you would like to be a volunteer of the translation team.
