Nyt design - optimeret - GTMetrix 100/91 - Google PageSpeed 100/100

Da min hjemmeside skulle have et nyt design, ville jeg samtidigt prøve, hvor langt man kan komme ved optimering af SEO, PageSpeed og AMP

Designet og funktionalitet er natuligvis det vigtigste. Og netop hervil jeg gerne have feedback på flg:

• Farvevalg
  Billeder og tekst - placering i forhold til hinanden
  Billeder - primært de store ikoner (lavet med Photoshop og FontAwesome)

PageSpeed er blevet bedre, end jeg turde håbe på. Og når CloudFlare kommer med, kan det næppe blive bedre. Det vil jo altid kunne variere lidt afhængig af trafikken på nettet.

Joomla 3.5.X

Host:
SiteGround Gro Geek - server placering Amsterdam. ClaudFlare er på vej, men har lidt drilleri med DK Hostmaster her og nu. Derfor scorer siden "kun" 91 på YSlow

Template:
Big Business med Vertex framework fra Shape5
Shape5 bruger ikke Bootstrap i selve templaten, men det er naturligvis integreret, så den understøtter andre udvidelser, som bruger det.

Overskrivninger:
Tilføjelse af Open Graph, TwitterCard, Structured Data - optimeret i forhold til Joomla Core,

Templatens index.php er også tilpasset med bl.a. popup til visning af live search, modulplaceringer integration af Google Analytics - hosted på serveren med opdatering 2 gange i døgnet ved hjælp af CRON job giver mulighed for at cache Java scriptet fra Google samt en del CSS styret fra Vertex framework'et

ReReplacer - kan erstatte indhold på siden - også i header

Interesting to see what you are doing.

Have you tried to use JotCache http://kbase.jotcomponents.net/jotcache ... nistration with ScriptMerge https://www.yireo.com/software/joomla-e ... criptmerge integrated? 2 very good optimisation extensions working with Joomla & SiteGrounds MemCache set to conservative with these settings.

And can be used to work with system plugins scssCompiler https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/scss-compiler/ v also with Javascript Async & Defer https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... and-defer/ work in this combination too with a customised htaccess file .

I'm quite satisfied with the result. And the extensions I'm using are OK to work with, so I don't think I'm ready to switch - but thx anyway

I tried the set up you have done and have an increased speed to change to that settings I suggested and thats what I believed you want to have advice about "How to get Google PageSpeed 100/100"....

Why you have out of date your joomla? Do you not update your third party extensions and your template too? What about your SEO if you get hacked?

@darb - I did not ask about "How to get Google PageSpeed 100/100" I already got that - most of times depending on the traffic.

I asked about:
Colours
Images and text - position relative to each other
Photos - primarily the large icons (made with Photoshop and FontAwesome)

@ribo - What do you mean? It's Joomla 3.6.5 and everything is up to date

About your issue, i think that also you can do it and without extensions. With the suggestions of gtmetrix or google pagespeed. Ofcource with the extensions you do n t change your files every time you update. About all this i believe that you increase a little bit your speed but i am not sure if you improve gennerally your SEO.

Issue - As far as I know, I don't have any issues. The results on GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insight can't be better without CDN

Please check viewtopic.php?p=3459551#p3459248 you did n t wrote there 3.6.x . Anyway,
also i did n t mean that you have issue. I just said that for example the same results you can have it also without extensions for performance like jch optimize, but to download and upload the suggestions of images, css files, js files of gtmetrix or google pagespeed. But for sure it s better to do it with extensions. But if something will break your template you can t do all these things. Also this can depends from a third party extension that can work in some page. And at the end the results of these metrics are not sure that they will improve Your SEO. It will improve a little bit your site speed.
