browser dont display site in default language

Post by webrp » Mon May 26, 2008 10:34 pm

I have joomFish installed with 2 different languages.

I use IE and Firefox with portuguese default language, but when I open my site the language displayed is the english. I have to make the manual selection for Portuguese language.

Is there any option for making thsis automatic? Am I missing something?

thanks

Plugin Manager - System - Jfrouter
Enable Language determination: NO
Language selection for new visitors? Site Default

And problem solved!

Hi dimis308,

I tried what you mentioned above and then when I go to my site..it still displays in English whereas I have set my site default language to be Japanese. Can you help me plz?

I have Joomla 1.5.14 and the Japanese package 1.5.14 and using Joom!Fish Version V2.0.4.

Thank You dimis308.

For me it works (after I cleared browsers cache including "Site preferences").

Have a nice day.
