Universal Language Link? Is this possible?

Post by daimondd » Tue Mar 01, 2011 3:57 am

I am stuck with an extension (dj slider) that offers a target link to my pictures but does not allow me to translate this link in the back end (every other needed aspect is translated). I do not code in php but i want to find out if there is a code that when added to the ...itemid=IDnumber will identify the language for me?

the scenario is this. I can only put the default language in the components back end and so when the link is called in the 2nd language it still reads my default. Is there is short fix for this?

These are the obsolete Joomla 1.0 forums.
