When it comes to turing PDF 2 online magazine,　I recommend this one

They offer both online conversion and offline software. As far as I know, the online conversion is free, the offline license fee is reasonable and with professional service.

Whatever, I think it has the same page flip effect as [issuu].com. You may turn to [issuu].com for help.
