I have installed the JoomlaJP for my client and all is going well....except....
I am trying to administer the site and install components for her.  I am unable change the backend settings back to english.  All the characters are garbled.  My client posted the the joomla.jp site but has received no answer.  I there a way to switch back an forth?

I have also tried to change a Joomla!JP back to english in admin and only got scary results,

I think it has been hardcoded so it will only work in Japanese

I have installed, 1.0.13 JP version as well.
My backend is in japanese and I would like to switch it in English so it will be easier for my client to use it.
My client prefers english backend.

I installed JP version because of the UTF-8 and my site is multiilngual (english, japanese, arabic)

If anyone has a suggestion on how to switch the backend to english please let me know.
It wouldn'T work just to overwrite the files in administrator folder with the english version right?
