Installing joomla for japanese client

Hello

We need to install joomla to support japanese

few questions

1. what is the translation condition of the interface?

2.  to install this version?  Joomla! 1.0.3 Stability Release now available

It depends on OS.  If you can use Linux OS,  You will be able to receive good conditions !

Do you mean Joomla! 1.0.13 version ?

If so, you cannot get yet.
