I'll try to show GeorgeTopouria how to make a constructive critique :P :
I think you shouldn't use too much effects; That background does not work, try a solid color (white or black); Maybe there's too much elements, that's not good for resize;
Anyway, as newart would put it, it's good for a t-shirt but not a logo.

I couldnt find a font which would fit, but thats no problem since the logo is the main thing
any font recommendations?

I don't have a font recommendation, but try doing the image flat, with no effects.

Remove the plastic wrap effect from your logo... maybe put the Joomla! text on top or make the logo smaller so as to fit it next to the text in some fashion. Try a couple different backgrounds. Since your logo is ROUND, try a font that has very round "O's" in it. It will flow a little better.
