Here's the idea :
the main concept is semicolon and I shapped it to look line a "J" the representation of Joomla! Of course we can move the joomla! text beside the logo instead of bottom. Semicolon is the symbol of talking and interacting, that's what I think of a community. The second logo I made a little modification so it looks like a flying object (angel? spirit?) towards the dream of joomla! but i keep it to still look like "J".
