Not putting time tables on it... it is #1 priority and we are throwing all the resources we can at it. The best answer is as soon as is humanly possible

I posted a link which is two posts above yours, when Forge is down, there you can download the latest Joomla! version.

When it's ready. We're in the middle of an enormous amount of work, as Forge not working has sped things up remarkably.
