Help with web design for Kid's Cancer NGO

Hello,
I would like to know if there is anyone who can help with putting together a template that mimics the story board attached here.
The current website is http://www.bandofparents.org, but we would like to migrate to Joomla using the format in the attached pdf.
Please, let me know.
