Slovenian language for 1.5?

I'm looking for the Slovene package for 1.5, does it exist already?

Yes it does. You can find it on our local Slovenian Joomla Community site (http://www.slojoomla.si).

I tried twice to install it, and I've got the following error message:

You're right. This was originally translated when J15 was in B1. So it remains in a SVN mode and without a proper installation XML. But you can still use it. Just copy the content according to the folder structure in a zip file and a new (Slovenian) language will appear in a language manager.
I guess that we should make an installation xml

Yes, the language appear, but it's not installed

I tried to copy the installation files into a zip file, and install it, but it still doesn't recognize the xml as valid

BTW: I'm living in Slovenia (thus I wish the web site I'm working on to be in Slovene as well), but do not speak Slovene (yet

).

This is the same as with the French language package. There is no xml installer file so one has to unzip the down load and load the files manually. The French one files for the installation directory, the administration/languages directory and the languages directory. Installing these files in their proper location worked fine.

I just FTP'd the Slovenian language package into my site and it works perfectly.

The xml files in it (a zip file) aren't an installation files. But I try this zip once more and it works perfectly.
So once again; You have to copy all the files in the zip to the same directories as they are in a ZIP.

Then you have an option in administrator login panel to chose a language. Go to the dropdown box an select "slovensko(Slovenija)". Now you have your backend - administration in Slovene language. When in the admin go to menu Extensions --> Language Manager an set Slovensko(Slovenija9 as the default language. Now you have both you back and front end in Slovenian language.

But beware that this will not make you site bi-languagel, but just Slovene. Meaning all system strings will be in SLO.

Ok. Seems to work now.

But, true, i was expecting that having two languages installed would make it bi-lingual... as it is with Joomla 1.0.14+joomfish...
Any way to do that with 1.5?

I am not aware that Joomfish for 1.5 would already be out... The lastest version (1.

doesn't work for 1.5, said its constructor on the joomfish.net web site

Ko se konča Beta so vsi tokeni-stringi ali kakor že hočeš določeni in se načeloma NE spreminjajo več. Pomeni, da lahko prevod mirne duše uporabiš.

Dorjano!

Zgoraj si podal link od slojoomle in po tem tudi sklepam, da si prijavljen tam. No, tudi sam se se prijavil vendar me sistem ne spusti skozi, saj pravi, da to uporabniško ime ne obstaja.

Imel bi nekaj vprašanj, saj sem na precej specifični lokaciji za precej specifično stran, ki bo nared.

Skratka, tu sem dol potegnil 1,5 za slovenski jezik in me zanima, če se te datotete kar povozi čez že obstoječe. Ta trenutek imam namreč nekaj ur instalirano Joomblo, vendar je ta še plain, torej nič ni gor.

Bi pa imel tudi vprašanje za template, ki bi baziral na turistični dejavnosti.
