Future of Joomla In India???

Hello Friends.

I would like to ask one question.

Does Joomla have future in Indian IT- web site market??

Here in India people are not familiar with Joomla and other open source CMS.

I believe that it is very hard to comment on the IT market. However, from the questions from the developers, they are already developing or maintaining Joomla! sites for clients both in India and abroad. I also noticed several educational institutions already using Joomla! for their site.

There are also individuals and software companies in India that do CMS related work, especially Joomla! They have even developed and published free extensions and commercial extensions.

CMS will definitely pick up in lot more personal spaces and small organizations. As the communication bandwidth increases in India, you may notice lot more activities in these areas.

BIG MARKET DUDE!

I have seen it and thats why, I saying. I have myself served 100-300 of it, mostly Govt org. and Public Sector Companies.
