Is anyone working on the Hindi language pack for Joomla 3.2?

Not to our knowledge in the Translation Coordination team.
However, suggest getting in touch with the Hindi Language Coordinator for Joomla! 2.5 (
http://community.joomla.org/translation ... html#hi-in).
I would also ping the coordinator.

Yes, we are working on Hindi Language Pack for Joomla 3.0.

Can you please let me know the tentative time for Hindi language pack for Joomla 3.X.
Is there a way we can use the Hindi pack 2.5 on Joomla 3.X with some changes?

You can test your site with the language pack of 2.5. If you see some untranslated strings you could create language overrides.

yes you can do that, the 2.5 language pack can install at Joomla 3 as well.
For Joomla 3.x Language Pack, we have no tentative date to release right now.
