مشكله فى اللغة العربيه مع sqlsrv

HI there, i need ur help i installed joomla 3.4 with a sql server database, but i have a problem with arabic data it displayed as ??, also when i tried to add the arabic language the admin is logout and language not installed

Check your database connection " collation " try to choose it " utf8_general_ci ".
