Login Block

Just a quick question: I was using mambo 4.2.3/vbulletin 3.0.8, but I've now upgraded to joomla 1.2 and vbulletin 3.5 gold, and installed communitybuilder. It's a little unclear what login block I should be using. There's now a choice of 3.
I'm presently using the vbridge login block, but it doesn't log me out of vbulletin when I log out of joomla.
Also, is there any way to combine vbulletin usergroups and CB usergroups, or do I have to set usergroups separately in each CP?

it's the same problem them illogic and me, plz view "Vbulletin logout help?" :)
