I will be eventually making a vBridge site, hopefully soon.  I would really like to have a "Reviews" Section.  I have long sought a killer "Reviews" section.  I think xtdratings (at http://www.xtdratings.com ) is pretty fine.  The User Reviews are pretty neat.

if you move down a bit, users can comment on other's reviews.  Ie. by clicking on a link like this --- Reply to this comment in the forums ( 2 responses)

If you click on that link it takes you to http://www.xtdratings.com/component/opt ... 0/catid,6/ (which is simpleboard).

Q: I wonder if it is possible to have the "Simpleboard Comments" go to vBulletin ?

Any other vBulletin users know of any got any other "Review" Components ?

As far as i see they have expand the post.php of simpleboard and if the paramter "newFromReview" is used they will add a new thread, if a thread exist ( i.e. 2 comments ) they use the link to the forum.

Hi, I put together xtdratings. Like you said, there's the post.php side of it, which reads the url and creates a new post or links to the existing post if it already exists. The other part is building the url itself, with the review information for new posts.

I am more than willing to incorporate vbulleting as an option if someone figures out the code for (1) building the url (modification in xtdratings) and (2) reading the url coming from the review (this modification has to be made in vbulletin)

Will check if at the needed places are hooks to add this easy using the pluginsystem, i know how to reasd or create the links that's no prob but want to use the pluginsystem to not patch any vbullertin file.

Would be a nice addon for the vBridge and of course your xtdrating
