Dual language @ JOOMLA?

Dual language @ JOOMLA?

This is my first post, so please if this is in the wrong spot tell me
Also I am not familiar with JOOMLA – ( just start )

I have idea for Multilanguage at the same time as dual language.

(I am not talking about 2 sites)

For Example:
Let me say that I have international web site that mean I have to provide both languages (ex: English and Arabic) with the ability to let the visitors to switch between both languages (not translate, not new site).

Live Sample of Central Bank of Brazil
The default is Brazilian language, but you can select English language.

Benefits:
  • No redundancy installing.
  • Only one database.
  • Security applies to all (because it is only one site).
  • One control management – Administer for both.
  • One time setting of workflow.
  • Update, upgrade and setting only one time.
  • Move JOOMLA to upper level of CMS.
  • And more…

The different site is not the solution

Regards for all
