Added Feature to Administrator - Managers

Hi

Just a thought - would it be possible to add an additional column to the Article Manager 1.5  (Content Manager1.0) that shows when the article was last updated.

This would be handy for when checking on out of date content, or content that needs reviewing for currency.

Also, whether a similar feature for Category/Section/Component/Modules/Plug-ins managers to show the date of creation/installation/update.
