Improved Registered User Function

It would be nice to be able to select what individual registered users can access.  Not only what CMS components, modules, etc...  but also directories added to the site that are not part of the CMS but part of the root website and linked by the "Link - URL" menu pick.

Improved access control will be available in 1.6 but directory access is beyond it's scope.
