[NOTED] Wishes - regarding user access levels

I´m from  Sweden and my English is not that good, so if anyone who is reading this don´t understand my meaning, don´t hesitate to ask

Now to my wishes
In my mind it would be useful to have more, both Backend and Frontend, user access levels because:

Out there, there are very many unions/businesses that built on membership and active members
For example laberunions, sportsclubs etc.

Large unions/clubs have often rather complex treestructure, regarding to the organization and access to more or less official information

By expanding acces levels, Joomla would be even more useful in particular for larger/complex organizations

The ultimate should be, if we who shall implement Joomla websites could "build" user access levels nearly the same way as we build sections, categories and contens.

In a such scenario there would be no restictions and we could "build" user access levels that fits, regardless type of organization and size.
