[NOTED] Offline mode improvement

Hi everybody

For now when the SQL service is down we have a single page saying that the site is down. Well, that you be great if we could have a full static version of the web site (HTML/CSS/js) instead when the db service is down. We can imagine an automatic or manual process to general a static version of the web site

Database service Outages would then be almost invisible for most of the visitors...

This is a must feature for advanced clients like Big companies & Public Administration

Any toughts about the feasibility of such feature ?

Such a feature is certainly possible, it will not work on every shared host due to the lack of htaccess support in some cases. I could image that a special page caching system plugin is built that caches the site in a static format. Food for though
