Media Manager RC2 - Menu Not Working

It seems in RC2 that the menu within media manager is not working. I used the 9/19 svn. Here is more details of the error:

Error: 'MooTreeControl' is undefined
Code: 0

here is my environment: php 5.1.4, apache, 2.0, mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.24; FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE-p11 #0: Sat i386.

It turns out it happens in two additional places: Global Configuation & System Info. See below.
