Unable to save Modules in Joomla 1.5.26 | Need Help

Unable to save Modules in Joomla 1.5.26 | Need Help

Each time I hit Apply to a Module, I am taken back to the Joomla Control Panel.

This occurs any time I hit Save as well.

Please help me task the issue. I disabled as many Plugins I could think of to see if one might be causing the issue but have had no luck.
