Thanks both for your work, we want to start a well documented guideline soon and i guess this will help doing this otherwise we have to wait until we are sure that there are no more changes coming to the patTemplate part, will check this with masterchief.

I have worked a lot with the patTemplate in the 4.5.3 CVS and found that the current patTemplate Version is different not much but there are differents, the best way for me to find out which will be "downgrading" a planned and nearly finished component for 4.5.3 to Joomla! 1.1
