Bossing ito iyong email ko sa support ng hosting namin ang sagot lang is try to google it. Salamat in advance.
Good day Sir, I am on the process of finishing our site. Last night it was awesome until this morning the site went down getting lots of error where I can’t even open both the front end and backend site. I am asking your help and also your opinion if our site is capable of running joomla site with community builder component with plugins like uddeim, profilebook, profilegallery and forums. I am also using sh404sef for url. I can’t figure out what is the main reason behind the out of memory problem. My previous problem is I can’t install components, etc but I came to the point of creating the site from scratch and assuming that everything is ok because I am not having a problem until this morning. Please advise and help me. Thank you very much and I know it’s been hard for you teaching us due to lack of knowledge in php. Again thank you very much sir.
These are the errors I am getting this morning. I am now in the process of installing the backup to make the site up again.
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 4194304) (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /libraries/joomla/document/html/html.php on line 389

Re: Filipino Joomla Community - Movement! (Ka-Joomla!) Say prese
Ilan ba? 75MB? 150MB?
4. Actually hindi rin ako PHP expert, hehehe. Sundin mo advice ng webhost: google search the error message. Use advanced search. Specify sa "Search within a site or domain:", "joomla.org" <remove quotation marks>.
God bless.

Re: Filipino Joomla Community - Movement! (Ka-Joomla!) Say prese
Salamat bossing sa reply! http://www.ipsalink.com kaya lang down pa sa ngayon kasi nag-upload ako ng back-up eh almost 200mb kaya wala pa rin sa ngayon. 128MB ang memory as stated in php info. I did search about the errors dito sa forums pero di ko masubukan kasi down pa sa ngayon. Gumagana nga sya last night eh pero this morning bumagsak. Ayon sa forums adjust ko daw iyong memory limit using php.ini which is wala akong makita pero pwede naman daw mag-create. or use the .htaccess which is meron ako kasi nasa subfolder iyong site ko para ma-ridirect. Balitaan kita bossing. Ingat palagi. Again maraming salamat po!

1. sino ba hosting service provider mo?
Good luck.

Bagsak pa rin bossing. That is from the back-up na. Tenamax.com ang hosting ko. Nagtataka nga ako ngayon kita mo galing na sa back-up iyan which work before then ngayon iyong pa rin ang problema. Hayaan mo ibabalik ko mga copyright nila. Pero bakit kaya ganoon. Ganoon pa rin ano sa tingin mo. Dapat ok na pag restore ko from the back-up. Ano kaya problema. Hirap. Salamat ulit. Ingat palagi.

1. use the cpanel. accessible naman ang cpanel mo, eh. kahit down ang joomla site.
2. also access your site using FTP client like FileZilla.
God bless

Re: Filipino Joomla Community - Movement! (Ka-Joomla!) Say prese
Good morning, kaibigan.
1. Kailangan malinis public_html folder mo bago ka magre-install.
2. drop mo din ang mysql database mo using phpmyadmin.
3. for additional-double cleaning, request webhost na i-reset nya ang account mo.
4. by the way, kung ginamit mo ang Fantastico para install yung joomla nuong una, punta ka sa Fantastico (log-in to Cpanel, find Fantastico link, click Fantastico, click Joomla link, click "remove"). aalisin ng fantastico lahat: joomla files at MySql database.
DAPAT MALINIS ANG public_html FOLDER!!!
5. Then, re-install.
Good luck, pre.
PS.

Re: Filipino Joomla Community - Movement! (Ka-Joomla!) Say prese
May local testing development ako sa pc ko at ginagamit ko for personal website using my dsl. Gagawa ako bago using fantastisco. Wait lang.

Iho,

Out of memory (allocated 3932160) (tried to allocate 77824 bytes). Imagine using their own installation di na ako nagmano-mano. Kasi kahit clean installation na at even using fantastico ganoon pa rin. Bossing salamat sa tulong at supporta.

The problem you are encountering has something to do with the memory being allocated by your hosting. you can see this in the amount of memory being allocated to php. Ask your hosting to give your php settings more memory and that should do the trick. if you have any other questions let me know. be glad to help

Re: Filipino Joomla Community - Movement! (Ka-Joomla!) Say prese
It has been solved. I chat with the tech support of my web host and informed him about the said problem. Nujojeba advised me to ask my web host to reset my web site (I don't really know how to called it.). After sometime the website was up and running. Received an email from the support and reply back asking for the main cause of the problem for my reference. Unfortunately did I not receive any reply message. I also tried to chat with the support guy and he simply informed me that their admin did it. I can't force them to tell me what's the main cause fearing that they might be angry to me so I just let it go. Thanks for all the support and help, Nujojeba and Fernslimguy. Take care always and God Bless.
