Looking for a partner/assistant developer for a good project

I need someone to help me build a Joomla extension: front-end and back-end administration for the first phase of the project. Possibility for long term partnership if all goes well.

Requirements
* At least 1-2 years experience of PHP/MySQL development
* Experience using any Object Oriented PHP framework
* Good understanding of MVC and OOP concepts
* Has experience working with Joomla framework, or willing to learn (I'll guide you anyway, but learning time is not billable)
* Writes clean readable code, a must!
* Working knowledge of version control using SVN
* Must be professional and has good work ethics
* Must be available for weekly face to face meetings
* Can devote at least 20 hours/week, first phase of project may be as long as 2 months

Additional Requirements
* Knowledge of Design Patterns a plus
* Experience using JavaScript/AJAX/jQuery a plus
* Experience using PHP test suites a plus
* Based on Quezon City, a plus

More details:
* The project is about a paid online service, with paypal integration and could be heavy on AJAX
* Will have back-end management of users and "jobs" and a couple of reports
* Planning, analysis, system and database design will be handled by me and client (already started on this)
* I'll also be responsible for Joomla templates and AJAX/jQuery
* Basically, I'll be needing help with coding, testing and other details

Joomla framework is just like any other framework, maybe simpler. Building components is not as complicated as many developers think and I can guide you when you need help. Wag lang sana spoon-feeding. If you have good PHP knowledge and has experience using other object oriented framework, then this project could be a walk in the park for you. This is the first phase of the project and we will aim to keep everything simple to maintain a realistic schedule. The next phases will be about evolving the project, i.e. optimization, more features and further improvement.
