Looking for experienced trainer/developer

I am looking for someone with the following skills

- experienced in developing extensions for Joomla
- experienced in hacking existing extensions to suit customers requirements
- setting up Joomla extensions to accept payment

and with experience of the following extensions

- Community Builder
- SOBI2
- JReviews

The position is not a tele-commute, I will be in the Philippines in November and the idea is that I learn while I watch the person develop the sites. I am experienced PHP programmer but need to get up to speed with Joomla, especially developing and hacking in a short space of time. 

I anticipate this will be a 2 week contract where the person will be required to spend 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) in my charming company. This could also interest an existing outsourcing team with me spending two weeks in their offices.

Fee is negotiable but I am willing to pay to get the right person.
