Can't edit template and extension layout

Hello!
My problem is that I can't edit any option of template layouts or extension layouts of zoo's components. When I try to click on that, I'm directed to the homepage. Before, I could edit all options of full, related, zoo item, zoo filter and so on but now I can't do anymore. Because of that, I can't edit the properties of the products of the site.

What's the problem?

I'v already tried to do the backup of some months ago, when it worked, but doesn't work.

If you've rolled back to when it was working and it doesn't work (You'll want to be sure that this is the case, otherwise what I'm about to say isn't optimal), then the most likely thing that has changed is your server environment. Have you changed to a new PHP version or changed anything else related to the hosting of the site?

I don't know if anybody has changed anything, I just can tell what is occurring about the site.
How can I proceed about it?
