Hello,
i get this error message when using the search:

Nightly Build is from friday...

What can i do to fix this?
The search in the forum here returned nothing at all ... google givs more, but not specific enough.

Which precise term are you using in the search?

i use the default word phrase

"Finde Deinen Tarif"

Changeing these makes no diffrence ..

Tested the search in my install wich got the latest svn files - but cant replicate this error there.

Might be a none error as per latest svn

But, if you got the same problem infograf, and i guess you are up 2 date on the files on ure system? = i must be doing something wrong in trying to replicate...or?

Hmm strange as i didnt modified anything there but i will setup the search module from scratch ... maybe this helps (Helped with banners module earlyer ...).

UPDATE

Createing the search from scratch want fix it, still same error. Im going to update to teh latest NB later on ...

Hi, I had the same error and solved updating frontend language (it_IT in my case)

What did you change?

I still have this error using the English language:
Warning: mb_strpos() [function.mb-strpos]: Offset is out of range in /Library/WebServer/Documents/joomla11new/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/core.php on line 32

So in my case its german frontend language ... will update this (reinstall).

When i uninstall german (default language) the error is gone ( i had formal, now i installed "All")

I figured out the problem could be the language, after having checked all differences from my installation and a standard working one: last chance was the language.

I only went to joomla.it (good for my case), downloaded updated frontend lang, and it magically worked...
the problem arose exactly in coincidence with rc4 first build.

anyway my error msg was:

exactly the same one of 1nf1n17yLOVE....  that is using german (?)

I found out about that one.
There was a change in com_search.ini

I still had
TOTALRESULTSFOUND=%s résultats trouvés. Recherche de %s avec
instead of
TOTALRESULTSFOUND=%s résultats trouvés.

I guess the warning came from the second "%s"


I have a remaining error here when searching:

OK, we tracked down the second Warning to be only an issue with weblinks titles, when the term is not present in a content.

There is an easy solution but we are testing first.

In my case I getting this warning after using the search function:

I am using stable Joomla 1.5 and Spanish language 1.5 RC4

I have solved the problem changing a sentnce in the spanish file in order to mach the english one

File: es-ES.com_search.ini

After changing this to:

Line 24: TOTALRESULTSFOUND=Total: %s resultados encontrados.

The warning is gone

Yes, this issue is solved when languages are upgraded to last 1.5 version.
