[stable] Redirect and message problem

Hi, I have the following problem...

If I click e.g. on 'unpublish an article' and I have set English as administrator language, article will be unpublished and a message '1 article unpublished' will be displayed...

It works, but

If I do the same and I have set e.g. Czech as administrator language, article will be unpublished but I don't get the message because I will be logout after this action...

The problem is, the translated message contains UTF characters (č, š, č...). If I remove the diacritics (č -> c) from language file, everything works ... ($this->redirect($url, $msg)

Did someone solve such problem?
