[STABLE] Non-Latin Alias - Saved as current date

Hi,
whenever I write a Non-Latin ALIAS to any Article/Category/Section, & Apply/Save, the value saved is the current date!
which when SEF=ON, will result in a URL like this: http://www.mysite.com/2008-01-29-18-18-38.html

You may not have followed, Mati.
The alias field only accepts ASCII.
As the transliteration functionality is only working for Latin glyphs, this has been implemented on purpose to deal with people forgetting to enter an alias when the title is non-ASCII.
