several error in joomla 1.5.3-bad bug

error is :

this is on joomla default,and don`t exit or installed any extension on it
is for demo
the problem is not for me just

I am told this is NOT joomla related but a problem with the host.

very people have this problem
i am manager this server
and my php is 5.2.6
latest version always
apache 2.2
this problem don`t was on 1.0.x
maybe problem was of utf-8 collaction?

This is a problem in MySQL. You need to contact your host, as they will need to fix this for you (it's a database error). It is NOT a Joomla error.

i can solved it
but this problem is for very people
this is not one normal error
maybe on apache 1.x was good,but 2.2 no
and ...
if maybe please tracer it

This is a hosting issue. It's not Joomla place to solve it. Actually, Joomla CAN'T solve it (because it's not a Joomla problem)... Want a fix to tell people? Get a better host...
