i get a 403 error by uninstall a template via templatemanager.

opera last build, ie6

PHP built On: Linux ritzo 2.6.21.6-he-xeon-64gb #1 SMP Mon Jul 9 11:00:27 CEST 2007 i686
Database Version: 5.0.32-Debian_7etch1~bpo.1-log
PHP Version: 4.4.7

Hi,

i got follow JS Popup Message when i try to deinstall a Template via the templatemanager:

You are not authorised to view this Resource

and the Template will not delet!

Same thing happens when trying to uninstall/delete a language.
Getting a 403 error/You are not authorised to view this Resource

same issue SupAdm unable to remove template from template manager.
