Responsive Test w/o using any Gadget

How to test a responsive site without the use of a tablet or a moobile phone?
Yes its possible, How ?
Simple : resize your browser to a tablet size or a phone:
If Fluid and everything falls down in place, then only a down scroll should appear
Else if you still need to scroll to the right , either this is not responsive or you may still need to do some tweaks.
