I can't upload movies and audio file

hay guys! please.
I'm trying to upload to my site (joomla 1.5) the Mp3 and Videos file.
When I try for that, I saw the message "This file type is not supported.".

Let me know how should I do for that.

go to Site=>Global Configuration.

under media setting, legal extensions needed to set first.

Hi, For your concern here are the steps i have shared so that you can solve your problem. I hope you will manage to solve out your problem.

1. Add New Album form Joomla Admin Back-end
2. Upload song/s with Your ftp client to modules/mod_mp3player/
3. Navigate to Components --> Advanced Flash Mp3 Player --> Songs
4. Select Album form the drop-down menu and hit "Choose Album"
5. Click on the "New Song" button (upper right)
6. From the List on Your right copy/paste file name to "File Name" field
7. Enter Song name in the "Song Name" field (will show in the Player Play List)

Following these steps you can also upload the new movies movies videos and mp3 songs. So enjoy the service.

Hi how did you get to this global config? My pastor was given this account by previous pastor now my current pastor wants upload sermons. I installed all video plugin but still I feel I would save a lot of time he be willing to purchase a plug in. Anywho I read this thread and few others and can find this stuff I got a feeling it as something to with hosting provider.
