Please a need a solution for my ticket

Hi,
I have ticket opened at 28 Mar 17, at 5 May (after more than 5 weeks!!!) ticket was closed and I receive this reply:
"I'm currently investigating into this for you, and have sent you an email." (from Jaz)
but Email sent by JED team was empty, so I have reported this in this forum (see at https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=262&t=950139).

I have been waiting for this email for 2 weeks....a simple forwarding?!?!?!?!?
I have been waiting for solution for more than 7 weeks!!!

After more than 7 weeks I have right to a solution, this situation is no longer acceptable. I'm really frustrated.

Please publish my extension and after you can investigate about this problem.

Hi,
yes, of course like me, keep in mind that all humans are really frustrating to waiting for 5 weeks to have: Ticket closed without solution and a empty message.
And this is not all, I've waiting still other 2 weeks to have more information.

Now, what is the future of my ticket? it is forgotten? I need to open another ticket and wait still 7 weeks????

I have opened another ticket (old tickets and my question on this forum are totally ignored). I hope now someone can reply.

New Ticket #16912 opened at 26 May....still 2 weeks lost.

No solution and no replies from JED Team with 3 tickets and a waiting period of 2,5 months.
