We've submitted for review an extension a month ago that is in pending status. Do you have an estimate of the delay for the extension review?

We have a 7-day processing window. We review all extensions and tickets at least once per week.

In case of any doubt, please, submit a ticket and ask about the extension status.

Yes, please, send a ticket. The extension was probably reviewed and you received the email in the email associated with the JED account or it could end in the spam box (confirm if you received the email there).
