Joomla! Extensions Directory missing J5 compatibility tag
I've no idea if this is the right place to ask the question, but I here goes: I've been looking at the Joomla! Extensions Directory (https://extensions.joomla.org/) but in the filter options on the left-hand side - under 'Compatibility' - there are filters for J3 and J4, but not one for J5. This is despite the fact that many extensions have a blue J5 tag in their listing. Perhaps one of you might know and pass on the message and they could add the option? Thanks.

I don't know what search screen you mean, but if you click "Search" (Menu item) it does have the J5 filter check box.
I see this in the search:
I think the 'fix' should be to make the label read "Joomla 5..." not 50 as it seems to show currently.
(not sure the rest of my answer is relevant, but is placed here for others benefit)
You may not see the J5 tag in the search results screen; you have to click on the individual extension to view its detail page - it should have the J5 tag there. I think it's a matter of space on the screen, that the J5 tag isn't shown not the fact it is missing.
E.g. if you search for Akeeba Backup, you will see it doesn't have the J5 tag in search results, but go to its detail page and you will see it does.

Thanks. I missed the 50 (and now also 51) labels. So they really should be "Joomla 5.0" and "Joomla 5.1".

I have also noticed that when the j5 boxes are ticked that some of the results do not show the J5 badge. But when selecting the extension the extension's page displays the J5 badge.

Joomla 5.1 hasn't been released (I don't know what difference that filter makes between choosing 50 or 51). J5.1 is only at alpha4-dev
v5.0.3 release candidate 1 is out for testing this week (see the Announcements Forum) but that's it.
