Open Tickets - 1 week

I have 5 open tickets; the oldest has been open for a week.

I have several more that I'm working on, that I will be submitting tickets for soon. Is there something I should be doing differently?

Sadly you are not alone, The JED team is greatly understaffed.

Will check your tickets today, hopefully, and if they are belonging to my desk will try to solve them/give you a reply at least. Yeah, we are understaffed. And personal problems are occurring, on top of that (personally I am between 2 long trips to solve some family/medical problems, so past couple of days/next couple of days, if you are lucky, probably you have the chance to have ONE active JED staffer handling everything...)
