Where can I go about banning the publication of extensions?

Post by AleksVast » Mon May 29, 2023 9:34 am

Hello, I wanted to publish my new extension in the JED directory, but when I click on the "Add extenion" button, I get this message:

" You are not allowed to add an extension".

Previously published extensions normally, no letter did not come to the account email. I'm trying to open a ticket, but there is no such department. Where can I go to get support? Thank you.

Okay, there are only 3 topics and they are not related to supporting the work of the profile. Which of the existing ones should I choose then?

1) listing
2) reported reviews
3) reported extensions

I'd suggest 1) listing.

" You are not allowed to add an extension".
The most common cause of this message is that you have a banned extension. No one can add a new extension until all their previous extensions are in one of "legal" states - published, somewhere in the path of the publishing process, or unpublished by developer's request. Toivo's advice is perfectly valid - submit a ticket in "Listings" category.
