Huge Problems - Submitting an Extension

Hi Team,

We have developed our own extension for Joomla and we are having massive problems uploading it. Is there anyone we can speak to?

The Joomla website keeps kicking us out of the system when we log back in and we cannot check on the process of our submission. It keeps telling us that the password is incorrect OR that the username doesn't exist. We get email notifications from Joomla asking us to reset the password, we reset it and then we still cannot login as it says that the user doesn't exist.

We have been doing this for weeks and we still cannot log on.

so you are unable to set a ticket? what is your JED username
