Joomla extensions incompatible with PHP 7

Hello friends,

As Joomla 3.7 supports PHP 7, Many Joomla websites are having serious problems when upgrading to PHP 7 where Joomla extensions are not update for PHP 7.

Can Joomla send notification to Extensions in Joomla Extension Directory to ensure their components/extensions are tested/compatible with PHP 7.
