Another review missing

In early December last year one of my clients created a review on the JED, but the review went missing despite him raising a ticket on the JED. He's since tried to create another review but the JED won't let him.

Another client created a review for Jomres yesterday, but like the December one, that's also gone missing. The number of reviews has increased, but the review hasn't appeared.

What's going on folks?

Update :

The number of reviews has gone up for other products in my category, they've had reviews added, but my two are still missing.

If the reviews have been flagged, please, send a ticket to Reported Reviews asking for a manual check up.
