Issues with JED System!

1. Many customers come to our live chat and say, we have backlink as JED says so, and we said, thats not true and ridiculous.
Why has JED added that, when its baseless ?

We never have any backlinks in our module front end code.


2. We have submitted extensions for last 2-3 months and there has been no response. Once it came and even after it was fixed, there is again no response.
Am I missing something ?

And your specific extension name ?
Your jed ticket numbet?
A screenshot of the backlinks comment?
